An overnight camping trip at the most recent 90-Day Couples Retreat turned chaotic, leading to numerous couples leveling a litany of charges.
Rob said he wanted to focus on the relationship, but Sophie told Jasmine at the end of the last episode of 90 Day: The Last Resort that he had been flirting with other girls.
In the most recent episode, which aired on Monday, February 10, Sophie disclosed that she had received screenshots from a friend that seemed to show Rob had an active dating website profile.
Sophie confronted Rob in front of the group, and Rob vehemently disputed the accusations. As the other couples looked on, they blamed one another of “not trying” to save their relationship.
In response to the apparent evidence, Rob stated that he had been unable to use the app for two years and that he had used it while he and Sophie were apart. Later on, he stated that he hadn’t used the app since 2019.
“Me and you are on a break and I give you permission to act single and will not hold this against you,” Rob eventually discovered in a March 2023 text message from Sophie.
Sophie, however, asserted that the message was from a different occurrence and that “the dating app was not from that time” when the men presented her with the evidence.
Sarah Malone, a hypnotherapist and life coach, soon broke up the argument and sent each pair away so Sophie and Rob could work out their differences alone. Rob persisted in pressing Sophie about the timeline once they were alone.
Sophie “wanted a break for a month” and “still hadn’t come home” some six months later, according to Rob. However, Sophie claims that “a few months” after their split, she and Rob made an effort to get back in touch.
Nevertheless, Rob insisted that Sophie had requested the separation and that he was the one attempting to save the relationship.
“I’ll be honest with you, I didn’t have much hope because she won’t do anything towards this relationship, so I came here … as a last ditch effort,” Rob said to the life coach. “All she’ll do is look at me and tell me to fix it, Rob.”
However, Sophie believed that Rob was “not taking this seriously,” so he cursed at her one final time before Sarah ended their dispute.
Before anything further hurtful is said that we might not mean, we should take some personal space here, the life coach advised.
Rob yelled to Sophie, “You had an f—ing real one!” before he rushed off.
Then Sophie started crying and hurried to the public restroom, where she sat on the floor and called her mother.
Jasmine and Stacey finally showed up to comfort Sophie. Jasmine pledged to look after Sophie and assured Sophie’s mother that the women “all got Sophie’s back.”
Sophie, meanwhile, was preoccupied with her failing marriage. “It just seems like how are we ever going to work on our marriage if you are never going to be accountable for anything when [Rob] is still just talking to all these other girls and then get a dating app?”
The disagreement between Sophie and Rob wasn’t the only one that started that day. Josh and Natalie argued as well, this time over their sleeping arrangements. Natalie confronted Josh about being informed he couldn’t sleep next to her, which sparked the argument.
Josh, however, asserted in a confessional that his remark was more complex than Natalie had implied. Josh clarified, “I personally prefer not to be disturbed or touched while I sleep.” “And she kind of took that as a sign and is now exaggerating the situation.”
Natalie accused Josh of lying when he stood up for himself in the campsite parking lot.
She cried out, “[You] make me feel bodyshamed!” Josh insisted it was untrue. Then, as Florian led her away from the discussion, Natalie kept shouting at Josh.
“This is why I cannot bring her anywhere,” Josh said to other couples back in the parking lot. I have no idea what to anticipate.
Josh apologized a second time when Natalie and Florian came back. However, Natalie kneed him in the crotch and muttered “hate you” as he reached in for an embrace.
Florian requested Natalie to accept Josh’s apology after dragging her apart once more. Josh, however, was “at a loss.”
In his confession, Josh stated, “I feel like I’m trying to do what I can to be a better partner, to be a better listener, to be a punching bag at this point, or whatever her needs to be.” “Maybe I should try again? Is there anything else I can do? I mean, I have no idea.
The group finally convened at the campsite for a therapy session with the goal of using a “primal energetic release” to alleviate some of the tension in their relationships.
However, Ari abruptly left them not long after they had begun. After a while, she returned to the group, but Ari responded negatively when asked whether she was alright.
Ari told the group, “I went through everything Sophie is going through, so today was really traumatic for me.”
“I don’t need other people to know what I’ve been through, but it’s been hell,” she continued. It’s challenging to be here when everyone only encourages poor behavior or selfishness.
Ari claimed that Julia “constantly” looks for “male attention,” pointing directly at her. She then chastised the group for ignoring her companion Bini’s inappropriate behavior while criticizing some of the guys at the retreat, such as Rob.
Julia swiftly lashed back at Ari, reminding her that she and Brandon were not part of the group and that she was nowhere near Rob and Sophie’s disagreement. She said, “I didn’t even talk with him!”
“Enough!” Sarah yelled multiple times. “We arrived here to unwind. Here, we are only attacking one another. What is this?
Ari asserted that she was “trying to make a point” rather than attempting to disparage her co-stars.
“All I need is a vacation from fighting.” Ari sobbed, “I don’t want anyone to yell.” Sarah came up to her and urged her to “go take space” elsewhere.
Bini felt let down by Ari’s actions. I’m furious because Ari hasn’t changed in the last five years. I don’t want to pass up this chance, so I want to practice the therapy. I’m eager to learn.
