Jennifer Aniston has had two marriages to date.
Brad Pitt was her first husband. They began dating in 1998 and married on July 29, 2000, in an elaborate Malibu wedding, after two years of romance.
Their relationship, on the other hand, had many ups and downs. They filed for divorce on October 2, 2005, after declaring their separation on January 7, 2005.

Aniston began dating Justin Theroux, an actor, director, and screenwriter, in May 2011. They announced their engagement on August 10, 2012, and married on August 5, 2015, at their estate.
They have parted up at the end of 2017. In both of her marriages, the Friends star had no children.
As a result, many assumed that her lack of children was one of the reasons she divorced twice.

It’s not that Aniston didn’t want children. She was once said to have prioritised her work over children, and when the time came for her to have them, she couldn’t.
Here’s everything we know about it.
Jennifer Aniston on having kids
Aniston has always been outspoken about her desire to have children. She never mentioned when she would have them, though.
In 2014, the Murder Mystery star claimed that she did not see a specific time limit for herself to become pregnant and establish a family. She claimed she didn’t have a checklist and disliked the pressure to have children simply because she was a woman.

In an interview with TODAY, she stated, “I don’t have this checklist of things that have to be done and if I’ve not checked them, then I’ve failed some part of my feminism or my being a woman or my worth or value as a woman because I haven’t birthed a child.”
“[I don’t] like [the pressure] that people put on me, on women — that you’ve failed yourself as a female because you haven’t procreated,” she remarked in a December 2014 interview with Allure. It’s not fair, in my opinion.”
She also mentioned that you don’t have to have a child to be a mother. “You may not have a child come out of your vag-a, but that doesn’t mean you aren’t mothering — dogs, friends, friends’ children,” she went on to say.

“This continually is said about me: that I was so career-driven and focused on myself; that I don’t want to be a mother, and how selfish that is.”
People making assumptions about Aniston’s lack of children used to irritate her. In December 2021, she told The Hollywood Reporter that she used to take everything personally.
She didn’t like the idea of prioritising her work over having children. “You have no idea what’s going on with me personally, medically, why I can’t… can I have kids?” she replied. They had no idea, and it was extremely painful and unpleasant.”

Later, it was revealed that she attempted to have children but was unable to do so. In a December 2022 interview with Allure, she discussed the incident.
She attempted unsuccessfully to conceive through IVF. “All the years and years and years of supposition… It was quite difficult. I was undergoing IVF and ingesting Chinese teas, to mention a few things. “I threw everything at it.”
She went on to say that no one told her to freeze her eggs and that she was now unable to have children. “I would have given anything if someone had told me, ‘Freeze your eggs,'” she added. Make a good decision for yourself.’ You simply do not believe it. So here I am now. “The ship has left port.”
Despite the fact that she is no longer able to bear children, Aniston has no regrets. Instead, she is relieved that she has no preconceived notions about being pregnant.
“I have zero regrets,” she said. I honestly feel relieved now that there is no more ‘Can I? Maybe. Maybe. Maybe.’ That’s something I don’t have to think about anymore.”
Despite the fact that she does not have any children, she has a goddaughter, Coco Arquette, the daughter of Courtney Cox and David Arquette. Cox chose her best friend to be her daughter’s godmother in 2004.
Since 2023, Adam Sandler’s children have been sending her flowers for Mother’s Day.
Reasons behind Jennifer Aniston’s divorce with Brad Pitt
Aniston and Pitt were once the Hollywood industry’s power couple. They later divorced after they split up.
According to reports, one of the grounds for the divorce was Pitt’s infidelity and cheating on his wife with Angelina Jolie. Another rumoured cause was Aniston’s inability to have children with Pitt.

f in the public eye as a caring husband and father alongside Angelina Jolie, with whom he would go on to have six children, less than a year after parting from Aniston. This sparked even more suspicion.
In 2022, she told Allure that the stereotype about her being selfish was “completely false.” She stated that she was not solely concerned with her career.
“And God forbid a woman is successful but does not have a child,” she added. And the reason my husband left me, why we split up and divorced, was because I refused to give him a child.”
Aniston, on the other hand, is unconcerned. She explained that the rumours were unfounded, and she currently has no regrets about her inability to have children.
