Welcome to the newest member of Kara Keough Bosworth’s family.
The couple announced their news on Instagram on Sunday. The 35-year-old daughter of Real Housewives of Orange County alumna Jeana Keough and husband Kyle Bosworth welcomed their fourth child, a daughter.
The happy couple, who are also parents to son Vaughn Mack, 2, daughter Decker Kate, 7, and son McCoy Casey, who passed away six days after suffering “shoulder dystocia and a compressed umbilical cord” during his birth in 2020, announce the birth of their daughter Stetson Lou Bosworth on Wednesday, Nov. 1, at 5:43 p.m.
When we first received our newest heavenly gift, McCoy’s adorable chunky cheeks were the first thing I noticed. “She squeaked her way into our hearts and hasn’t stopped since, earning @kyleboz the best nickname yet: ‘Squeaks,'” the delighted mother captioned the photo. “I can hear my dad’s voice as he would have said it, so I know it’s just right.”
Keough Bosworth thanked her birthing team, then the “many people [who] prayed fiercely over this birth.”
“We are seeping with gratitude that we got exactly what we prayed for: to bring our baby home,” she said. “If you need me, I’ll be thanking God and pinching myself, savoring the magic of Stetson Lou Bosworth.”

In July, the pair announced their wonderful news to their fans. Keough Bosworth wrote a lengthy Instagram message honoring her late son McCoy, reflecting on her expanding family.
“After McCoy died, sharing my sorrow with you all helped,” she said. “Talking about my grief allowed me to identify and face my emotions. They felt less terrifying in the daytime, much like a monster under the bed.”
If I kept them well-lit, perhaps they wouldn’t be able to drag me down and devour me. I therefore let everyone see my true feelings and didn’t hide any of the filth beneath any fucking carpets.”
“I wanted to feel everything; f— a rug. And then I secretly unrolled every rug when I discovered I was expecting Vaughn. I covered every square inch of my existence with their cushioning. I left my work. I didn’t answer calls or respond to texts,” she stated.

Keough Bosworth talked about being cautious about her third pregnancy before outlining why she was trying something different this time.
She disclosed, “We told the kids the day we got the positive test.” “As she tenderly pats my belly, Decker confides in anybody who will listen that she is the eldest of four children. She is so happy that she can’t wait to tell everyone about Baby ‘Four.'”
For the sake of McCoy, Vaughn, and Decker, I have always pushed my way in. The news that they are gaining a second sibling SHOULD be joyful. All I can say is that I’m hesitant to let the enthusiasm wear off.”
“But I can’t deny that it feels right that those that have sat with us on our grieving bench should have a seat in our joyous swings too,” Keough Bosworth wrote in a letter. “So, for that reason (and because Decker and her grandmother @jeanakeough can’t keep a secret for s—), I’m proud and scared as hell to announce Baby Bosworth #4 — due in November,” she said in her post.
