The insecure actress DomiNque Perry has filed new lawsuit docs in California Superior lawsuit alleging her former costar Sarunas J. Jackson of abuse.
Perry claims she “experienced emotional volatility, intimidation, bullying, undeserved stress, mental and physical abuse, controlling and narcissistic behavior, all over the past 5+ years from Sarunas and his family” in a petition filed on Tuesday and obtained by PEOPLE.
Zen Jackson, who is five years old, is the daughter of the former costars. Darius Jackson, who is the actor Keke Palmer’s son’s father, has an elder brother named Sarunas. In a Nov. 9 TRO request, the NOPE actress accused Darius of domestic abuse.
Perry, 35, filed a petition on September 21 to establish the parental relationship; Jackson responded on November 16 with a filing.
Perry responded on Tuesday, saying, “Sarunas and I were never in a romantic relationship.”
The Deadly Dispatch actress said in the filings that her brother Darius “admitted and confirmed” that she “was regularly bullied and intimidated.” I was anxious all the time because I thought the Petitioner and the family would never think well of me.
Perry went on to say that she was “blamed for our daughter being on the Autism Spectrum” during their co-parenting relationship with Zen’s father. In March 2020, she claimed, Sarunas “became more angry and grabbed me by the throat and started choking me” during a “heated” conversation.
Zen, who was 22 months old at the time, reportedly went up to her parents and started crying. Perry claimed that in attempt to comfort their child, he let go of her.
Perry claimed, “He bit his tongue out of anger to the point where blood was streaming from his mouth.”
“He arrived at my house a few weeks later, covered with scratches all over his face and neck. He told me that “he cornered his mom and they were fighting” when I asked what had happened. It’s normal for him to choke on his own behalf. Perry said, “He is violent with women.”
Jackson reiterated Perry’s assertions that they were never romantically linked in his announcement on November 16. “Perry and I were friends and coworkers, but we never had a romantic relationship.”
He also denied any accusations of mistreatment from the actress.
His declaration states, “It is unclear where Respondent’s allegations of emotional volatility and intimidation are coming from.” “My family and I have always embraced the respondent, extending an invitation to family get-togethers and demonstrating our love and support for her in a variety of ways. In exchange, Respondent has misrepresented me to others and led them to believe that I am an unresponsive father.
Perry’s actions, according to Jackson (33), “have made me fear for repercussions in my career.” The “looming threat that she would request court-ordered child support for greater than the amount that we have agreed to” is another issue that worries him, he continued.
Palmer, 30, was given interim exclusive custody of her 8-month-old kid, whom she shares with her ex-boyfriend, 19 days prior to this. Palmer filed a Los Angeles domestic violence restraining order request against Darius in court records that PEOPLE was able to access. In the lawsuit, she described various claims of physical assault.
