Miss and Mr. Golden Globes: Celebrity Kids Who Served as Golden Globes Ambassadors Over the Years

The Hollywood Foreign Press Association has chosen a celebrity’s child to help with the annual Golden Globe Awards and carry on the tradition throughout awards season over the years.

In 1963, Donna Douglas and Eva Six shared the prestigious title of Miss and Mr. Golden Globes. Nevertheless, it wasn’t until 1971 that Anne Archer, who later became a great actress in her own right, established the custom of the role going to a celebrity kid.

There are some in-show duties associated with becoming Miss or Mr. Golden Globes, or the Golden Globes Ambassador as it was renamed in 2018. The ambassador helps the presenters distribute prizes and usher the winners off the stage during the event.
Over the years, a number of celebrities have filled the position, but in 2021, the ambassador program was shut down.
