Two years after receiving a colon cancer diagnosis, TikTok founder Bailey Hutchins passed away at the age of 26.
In a joint Instagram post on Saturday, February 8, the registered nurse’s husband, Caden Hutchins, whom she married in 2023, said that she had passed away the previous evening.
“My Bailey B passed away last night, and I’m devastated to say that,” Caden posted on Instagram. “She has fought an amazing battle over the past two years, and she is no longer in agony from the terrible pain she has experienced along the way.”
“Being your spouse and caregiver has been such a blessing to me,” he continued. My best friend passed away, and I’m still in complete shock and denial about it.
“Bailey, you were and always will be such an inspiration to others and a light in any room you fill,” he added. “Baby, your faith has the power to move mountains, but God had greater plans for you up above.” Until we cross paths again๐๏ธ๐.
A picture of Bailey gazing out at a mountain view was included in the post.
Ashley Rolfes, Bailey’s sister, also posted a picture of the two of them in a carousel.
“As of 2/7 at 10:30 pm, after a two-year battle of a terrible disease, my beautiful sister gained her angel wings,” she said in her letter.
A video of Bailey getting ready on her wedding day was posted on her TikTok profile to commemorate her passing.

The video, which was set to the tune “See You Again” by Wiz Khalifa from 2015, concluded with the bride standing behind Caden.
The caption said, “Last night our Bailey B passed on to Heaven.” “We are at peace knowing that she no longer has to go through any pain or suffering, even though we selfishly wanted her here forever.”
Caden went on to say in the caption, “Bailey fought so hard these past two years.” “Watching this journey has been amazing, and I feel really honored to be your spouse and caregiver. Her soul shines as brightly as the sun.
Bailey showcased her health experience and spread awareness of early symptom indications on her TikTok account, @healingwithbailey, which has amassed over 170,000 followers.
